    5 blinks on that models means white balance is off which can 1 of 4 things causing it.
    1. IC9101 is faulty on the CR board
    2. IC9201 is faulty on the CG board
    3. IC9301 is faulty on the CB board
    the above boards are on the neck of the pictur tubes CR (red)
    CG (green) and CB (blue)
    4. IC 452 is faulty on the A board

    Number 4 is most likely I would check that first. If you would like the service manual to your set go to this link They offer free tech support when you purchase a service manual which they email to you.
