Turn radio off.
Hide clock face.
Press and hold a few seconds “clock button” to bring clock face up.
Press and hold “power on button” till clock starts to blink.
The 4 buttons in a cluster on the right under audio, move the hours and minutes.

Cannot figure out how to set the clock on my pioneer 40wx4 super tuner d...held the clock button down but still couldn't ever get it to flash nor did pressing any buttons do anything...helllllp

I'd need the actual model number to give specific instructions (Starts with "DEH-" usually), but on most pioneers you have to turn the car on and put the stereo into standby by pressing Source. Once in standby, press and hold either the FUNC or AUDIO button to enter the menu.

Try that or provide the model number and we'll go from there.

How do i set the clock on pioneer deh2950mp receiver

I couldn't find your model. You can try the following procedure. It is common for most Pioneer decks:

  1. Press and hold the SOURCE button until the unit shuts off.
  2. Press and hold SOURCE again until the clock appears.
*With some models you will press and hold the FUNCTION or AUDIO button instead of the SOURCE button.
  3. Press the left or right arrow to select the segment of time you wish to adjust.
  4. Press the up or down arrows to increase or decrease the numbers in the blinking segment.
  5. Once the clock is set correctly, press the SOURCE button to exit.

My cd player is a pioneer super tuner iiid deh 2000 mpand it will not hold memory once i turn my truck off. when i turn my truck back on my presets are gone

The YELLOW wire on the back of the stereo is either not connected properly or it has a bad connection. The Yellow wire is a memory wire and needs constant power from the battery. Also it is +.

Hope this helps.

I don't know how to set the clock on the jensen jbr550 radio in my bus

To set the clock, turn the radio on in tuner
mode (or any other mode).
Press D. The time appears on the display.
Press and hold D until the time display
begins flashing.
While the display is flashing, press the Up
Tuning button to adjust hours and the
“A” (AM) or “P” (PM) indication. Press the
Down Tuning button to adjust
minutes.
After five seconds, the time will set and the
display will return to tuner or CD display.

How to set the clock on pioneer deh-p59001b radio

On my pioneer I have to have the key on with the receiver turned off. Push and hold the function button for about 3-5 seconds and the clock display should come on with the hours flashing. push the up-down buttons to set hours. Push the right button and the minutes flash, set the minutes with the up-down buttons and then push the source button (or power) to turn on your receiver and your done. Remember you have to have the key on and receiver off to set the time. I think I had to consult my manual 3 times. Pioneer seems to be the only one that won't let you set the clock with the power on.

Setting clock radio

Press and hold down the "clock" button. You should see your time start flashing. Normally you set the time with the volume or channel control. Check which control lets the selector jump from "hou" to "minute and set the minutes. To exit setting menu, depress "clock" button again

As others on this site have experianced ,I am unable to set the time on my pioneer deh-2050mp. the user manual gives a description but it does not work. even the staff at the store where purchased were...

We found the solution on the Pioneer WebSite. You have to press the source button to off then press it again and hold it in until the clock comes up and flashes then you can set the time. The function button as per the instruction manual has nothing to do with it!
