The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Can you check if this happens without the router ? if you connect your modem directly does it still drop at times ? If not , see if you can update the firmware of your router. that could help

TV RCA THOMSON 27R411T CHASSIS ITC008FHM

Try replacing the eprom. If that somehow became corrupted due to HV surge or otherwise, you would have this symtom. The eprom contains information that basacally tells the HV circuit to turn on.

Thomson scenium doesn't start when we switch it on.

First, try to unplug and reset. Second, Remove back cover and check for shorted horizontal output transistor with ohmmeter. If shorted replace flyback. Next, carefully disconnect plug connectors from deflection pcb. No need to disconnect h.v. or screen leads. Remove from plastic frame and look at bottom (solder side) for cracks around pins of flyback transformer. Resolder all pins. Last, look for two or three bulging capacitors in power supply on same board and replace. Any of these things can cause a dead set. Good luck, Russmann.
