Hello,

Welcome to Fixya.

I can provide you with a complete service manual in a "pdf" attachment, but I`d requre a email address.

I know what the problem is, though you may not like it.

The reason your dishwasher is displaying a "1" is the control has detected a heating error as you said you`ve confirmed thru diagnostic`s.

Here`s the most likely reason why it has detected the error...

Even if your home water supply appears hot, it's not hot enough and must be heated by the dishwasher to insure a proper clean and dry.

The issue with your Bosch dishwasher likely lye`s within`the electronic timer/control, specifically the heater relay solder joint. ( a faulty flow switch, ntc or heater can also cause this, but not very probable ). This is why it runs forever unless pressing the two buttons for "cancel".

To repair your unit It will require you to remove the control from the unit and then remove the control from it`s plastic housing and look for a burnt solder contact on the printed circuit board.

**Further to this, if you or someone you know is proficient at soldering, a lot of times it can be remedied by simply repairing the solder...although Bosch recommend`s replacing the control and I don`t pretend to speak on there behalf nor do I profess to know better. This is just my experience (it work`s) and my opinion (why buy new if one can repair ?)**

**Please disconnect the power before attempting any service to the dishwasher. If you do not feel comfortable attempting this service, call a local pro, preferably one familiar with Bosch/Thermador/Gaggenau, to service your machine.**

Hope this answer`s your question's, let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank`s for visiting "fixya" for your repair inquiries. Please take a moment and rate this solution to it's helpfulness to you and leave a testimony if you're satisfied.

Good luck.

Macmarkus...OK fixed that problem...Thought I was done...Hit cancel/drain and it drained the unit no problem, however when I did a quick wash...after it was done, water still in the bottom..run test cycle and it shows E6 code...It says Aquasens (Aquasensor?)...Is this going to be a problem with the safety overflow device? I did pull the unit out, cleaned all hoses and assemblies, washed out with a hose and put it all back together. Also, since I had to pull it out, I may not have gotten it level as the installer, what is the procedure for that? Eyeball it? It is close, but I don't know how critical that is.

Have you tried the simple option first? I had a drainage problem and solved it by running a cycle with one of those Finish liquid dishwasher cleaners, letting the unit go through a normal cycle and drain into a washing-up bowl (easier draining as it was entering flood protection mode). I couldn't see any blockage in my drains either but there must have been something in the path to the sink as this cured it.

I have the ATR6700FS1 front load washer. It goes fine until the spin cycle. It pauses & when I hit restart it makes a noise & doesn't spin. If I hit cancel & go to the spin cycle it

Hello Deanna Lytle - Often when a unit does not spin, it is because the unit cannot properly drain and dispose of the water and detergent solution. Does the unit make a humming noise? If so, the drainage hose/pump may be clogged and needs to be cleaned. If not, the washer may possibly be experiencing an issue with the door lock assembly, faulty pump, timer or control board not communicating correctly. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would recommend contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair the unit.

Pump Problem with Calypso. I was getting the FL code on my washer so having read all the suggestions on the internet I removed the pump assembly and checked for obstructions, nada. Impeller is...

FL Flood Condition FL flashes if any overfill condition occurs. This condition occurs when excessive water in the tub causes the overfill switch to trip. The control must realize that the trip was due to an overfill condition instead of a suds lack condition in order for FL to be displayed

With an overfill condition, the beeper repeats a warning every 10 seconds with no time-out. The pump is cycled in drain mode for 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off until the overfill switch resets or power is discontinued to the unit.

Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display.

MY FRIGIDAIRE DISHWASHER WILL NOT DRAIN. MOTOR ONLY HUMS DURING DRAIN CYCLE. OTHER THAN DRAINING IT SEEMS TO WORK FINE. DAY IT QUITE WORKING SINK BACKED UP AND WOULD NOT DRAIN

if there is still water in the dishwasher take the drain hose off from under the sink and use a large pot or mop bucket and but the unit into a drain mode usually by cancelling the wash cycle if the unit still does not drain. Then use a wet dry shop vac and attach it to the end of the drain hose to remove the water
after the water is gone check the drain pump for any kind of obstructions you may need to replace the drain pump

Frigidaire FDP635RFR3 wont drain.

Theres a drain pump located at the bottom of the unit if you follow the hose from the pump then to the drain if your unit isnt draining you might have to call for service from a technician to have them change your drain pump. If the water is just sitting inside the unit and when u start the unit it should fill with water again. Also if you have a cancel function by pressing this you will make the unit drain if you dont hear anything when u press the cancel button you definetly need a pump

Dishwasher hums

empty out the unit and recheck the arm and rack then start it up empty and check operation --if huming but working properly --stated it does drain so motor is operating ---then its operating normal ---if arm still not working will need to remove arm and check gear or shaft for damage

MAV7000 clicking sounds in all cycles. sounds like a fan blade hitting an obstruction. noise volume decreases a bit when spin cycle occurs sounding like gravel. Spin locked up once. Strange metallic odor...

Sounds like there is an obstruction striking or rubbing against the impeller in the drain pump assy. It will require removing the front cover/ Drive belt from the bottom of unit/ Hoses from drain pump (be prepared for the water) a 3/8" socket to remove the pump & a needlenose plier to remove the obstruction... Hope this helps....Bill

GE Nautilus Drain Problem

I had the same problem (water remaining in the bottom) after the rinse cycle. FYI my GE Nautilus is 7-years old.
(1) I disconnected the drain tube at the garbage disposal unit (in the sink) and, using a wire coat hangar freed a 'plug' of sludge located at the spot where the drain tube clamps onto the garbage disposal. I blew into the drainage tube to further clear other 'plugs' I observed but could not reach w/the coat hangar.
(2) I unscrewed the Filter/Strainer on the inside (bottom) of the dishwasher; and further removed the inner filter; cleaned both out.
(3) Re-ran the dishwasher thru complete wash/rinse cycles (to check for leaks. There were none.
Finally, upon completion of the w/r cycles there will always be a small pool of water (residing in the filter area). However my dishes are clean and (after 7-years) checking the drain tube and filters was a breeze.
Hope this helps
