Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
If there are no visible marks or cracks on the plastic case itself then it sounds like the LCD screen behind the plastic protective screen is cracked or damaged (especially if its been dropped, or had a lot of pressure put on it e.g. left in a pocket when sitting down, heavy object on it), if its new i would consider taking it back with the receipt for a replacement.
otherwise it will need someone with some repair skills to replace the screen.
