You cannot return back to Windows 8 directly. Save your files and reinstall Windows 8. I would rather suggest to troubleshoot the blue screen error rather than evading it. If you provide more details about the error, maybe I can help.

ERROR 0210: Stuck key 7B Press F1 to setup . Please help me out of this problem.

There are issues with the ThinkVantage Button at boot as it doesn't do what its suppose to. Just use the F1(BIOS Setup), F11(pre-boot/recovery area) and F12(boot device selection).

Just a reminder to practice press and release when pressing a button. We sometimes get impatient and do a key hold down for a while rather than multiple press and release.

I hope this would resolves your ERROR 0210: Stuck key

D600 pc reads no bootable devices--srike F1 to retry boot

You will need to go to CMOS usually F1 or F2, or Delete on Boot-up to enter Setup - find the start-up or Boot Sequence order and set to CD.
Place OS (XP or ??) in CD and reboot, tapping the F12 to give you the start-up boot sequence menu.  Select Boot from CD, and try recovering your operating system - if not recoverable you must install a fresh OS but would recommend making a new or 2nd Windows OS so you don't remove all hardware drivers including motherboard and ethernet and then tell the 2nd OS to find the drivers within the first OS directory when installing fresh OS - Operating System.
Everyone should have a back-up of all their drivers and a copy of their operating system or a recovery disk but this is hind-site.
Good luck.

This sounds like it might be some sort of virus or malware. Do you have anti-virus software installed? If you do, run a full scan of your system. Run it at least twice if nothing is found the first time. Windows doesn't typically tell you to press F1 to shutdown your computer.

If you don't have an anti-virus program installed, you can run the Windows Live One Care Safety Scanner from the web:

Toshiba satellite L25-s1194 wont boot windows

Is it giving you any error or out of the ordinary "beeping" as it is booting?
Usually the BIOS screen comes up if it cannot find an acceptable boot device.
Can you boot from an XP cd?
Can you boot into set up mode.. usually by pressing F1 or F2 on most computers. It should tell you just before the BIOS screen comes up. Enter into "set up" and make sure your boot order is correct.
You might want to reseat your RAM.
Check to see if the hard drive is coming on.

I have this Hp pavilion dv2000, system get started then asks me to start with normal start or safe mode, whatever I click next screen shows windows logo and then it stops after a flash of blue screen with...

for that you need recovery disk or windows xp bootable disk.
For that put that disk in rom. Then when you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or "del" key to enter in bios .
Then go to boot option set first boot device as your cd or dvd rom then save settings and exit.
Then it boot with disk then follow the procedure then enter in recovery console then type in prompt "chkdsk /r"
then press "y"
then it recovers error on harddisk.
Then check.
If still face same issue then you have to choose repair option so it fix windows.
This blue error comes when there is issue in bed indexing in harddisk.
Let me know if you need more assistance.
Thanks.

Press (F1) to resume, (F10) to setup

I need a bit more info to try to give you an accurate solution

Does the screen change after you press "F1" ?

Do you have access to an external keyboard, if so try plugging that in while the computer is off and then using that to press "F1"
