Hello, i'm also using this phone and only today i am able to find the solution for the speed dial when the technician came to our office today. I hope it helps you as well. This is the method:-
1) Press Program
2) Press the line for the speed dial, it will show Not Stored
3) Then you press no. 2 (to clear) and you will see a blank screen.
4) Press the telephone no. for the speed dial. (I have to start with no. 9 first, then i press the no. without the area code)
5) Press Auto Dia/Store (to store the number)
6) Press Program to Exit.

To use: Pre SP-Phone and then press the speed dial line you have stored.

Good Luck!

I tried a search on your phone at Panasonic and I think there is a letter missing or something is missing.I tried several different options for searching for your model number but nothing would come up.I am providing a link to Panasonic for you so if you want to search it you can. There are many manuals available downloadable. You do need Adobe reader to look at them it appears. If you do not have it,just google it and it is a FREE,SAFE download with no junk ever popping up.Good luck! SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How to set up speed dial?

Hello,
Speed dialing is a default feature for all phones from 2G and upwards.
First go to your settings(call settings) and check that the function for speed dialing has been enabled; ON. The rest is automatic ...just press and hold any of the phone buttons from 2,3,4....0 and follow the prompt that comes up on your screen. This will allow you to assign speed dials to the digits 2,3,4....0 on your phone.

Hello, I am trying to set up speed dial on my panasonic phone and I can't seem to fid the instructions in the manual book. My Panasonice phone has 4 phones and I think the serial number is KX-TG6034. ...

menu, contacts, scroll to contact , edit, assign speed dial. If that doesn't work go online to your carrier's website and download the pdf manual for your model. Panasonic might also have what you need.

What? The second soft key under the display is labeled INFO. It has 3 modes. If you are trying to program time, then you just press NEXT when you're in programming.

I have a panasonic kx-t7731...having trouble setting the speed dial...any help would be appreciated. the users guide information doesn't seem to work. thank you!

A 7731 phone will function on any one of 18 or so different Panasonic system cabinets. Now, which "user guide" are you looking at? SYSTEM speed dial is set from the first extension or the maintanance console of the phone system. PERSONAL FEATURE (speed dials on the right side of the phone) are pretty much universally programmed by PROGRAM button, 9+ number STORE.

What do your instructions say?

Panasonic KX-T7730 Speed Dials - Please Help!

So I guess that means you're not programming SYSTEM speed dial numbers. Those are programmed from the system manager or operator's station. Personal speed dials are 1-0 and are programmed per set.

Clear speed dial/one touch settings

There is no way to clear the settings you would have to re-program the correct setting. Did you program one touch speed dial on the line buttons? I do not see how programming a speed dial could effect accessing the CO lines unless you re-programmed the CO line buttons by mistake. If so, you would need to re-program those soft keys to line buttons. The manual you have may not cover this? The phone you have can work on a few different Panasonic phone systems. If you need a more detailed manual you will first need to know which Panasonic phone system you have. The phone part number WILL NOT help you determine which phone system you have. There is a main control unit somewhere (basement, utility closet, etc..)
