the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

What kind of movie files does this monitor play? We have a USB drive and we are hoping to play a documentary (audio+visual) - I read it does not accept .mov formats. What formats does it accept?

What does the tv manual state it will read ?
Could be mpeg-4 mp4 or AVI you can use file converter software to change the file format
Without a model number I am only guessing at the most common file formats I think may work.

I am getting system error when trying to take a picture. Using an 8GB SD card. Might it be the problem? I have formatted it.

If the camera have limitation on memory capacity and this 8GB memory is larger than the limitation, the camera may can't read the memory.
Or the problem came from the formatting process. What kind of formatting did you use, FAT or FAT32? Sometimes a gadget can only read one of this format, FAT or FAT32. Maybe you can try to reformat with different type of formatting. For example, if you have formatted this card with FAT then this time try to format it with FAT32.

Hope this help and be kind to rate this answer.
