-you r putting lead in green port.
-ur port is fully working

In this case just check where you see the blank line if you see it vertically on right side or left side that means you have no need to change roller in this case just reffill your cartridge again. But if you see A Horizontal black line on the printout is probably the result of a dirty or damaged roller. Also you want to know where to purchase it but you didn't tell where you live in India..? If you live in delhi you can purchase it from Nehru Place or Wazir Pur. Both are specialist market for computer and it's accessories. I hope on this stage you have no doubt about your printer. if your lap is under waranty the get it to the service center it is hardware fault

First U go to Open Menu & go to Zoom option, select Zoom Function and press 30 sec
sercice manual is open Adjest UR settings & save it,turn of ur monitor.
