TV FUSES

If fuse should blow, there should be a reason for that. Without locate it and rectify the same, if you replace an other fuse, it too will blow up. One main thing to remember is not to use fuse rated more than specified. A short circuited component/s at it main power supply regulator section might cause this. Products powered by electricity should be serviced or repaired only by experienced professional technicians. Any attempt to service or repair the product by anyone else could result in serious injury or death. If you are not familiar with electronics, do not attempt to repair. Whether you suffer fatal electrical shock. Instead, contact the nearest service centre.

Broken nc10 charger

Depending on what type of plug it is you may be able to change the fuse.
If the fuse has blown then you really need to know why before plugging it back in to the mains. The charger may have a broken wire in the lead that plugs in to the laptop. Usually it happens right near the plug where it gets bent and twisted. It could also be the internal fuse inside the charger box.

If you can't get it tested properly then a new one is your best bet. They are quite cheap on Ebay. Just look for the one for your make and model number and check to make sure the voltage on your chargers label is the same, it's output voltage is probably 19 volts. The voltage must be the same, NOT lower or higher.
Then have a look at the label for the current which is in Amps, something like 3.15Amps. You can buy one with higher current than the one you have but NOT lower than the label says.

The electric door and miirors are not working

Normally the owners manual will have a diagram of the fuse panel and what fuses are where. It may be by number with a table that has the names. Then you'll have to take the manual to the fuse panel so you can tell which is the top and bottom.

You could also just take fuses out one by one and look through the side to see if they are blown. A good fuse will have no breaks or burnt spots in it. A blown fuse will have a gap somewhere. If there's a doubt, get an ohmmeter and test it. It should be less than a half ohm, but a blown fuse will be open.

My old mission cyrus amplifier has blown both internal fuses after a power surge, the values of the fuses has corroded - what rating should i replace them with ? and are they slow blow or fast blow?

It is common for manufactuers to label the fuses on the circuit board as to their values. If they are not labeled there you can try contacting the manufactuer or looking in your manual. You can tell if they are slow or fast blow by the internal wire, if its thin and straight its a fast blow, if its thicker and spiraled its slow blow.

What is the replacement fuse for a Ryobi 18v charger?

The fuse in mine said 4 amp. I have also used. You can use a 4 amp or lower to replace the original one that blew.

Good Luck

You may have a blown internal fuse. You''ll need to unplug the unit, remove the outside cover and follow the line cord and you should find the fuse.

Replace it with the EXACT same value that was labeled on the original fuse. You'll probably be able to find a replacement at any Radio Shack store or hardware store.

Replace the cover and plug the unit back in. Hopefully nothing was damaged and the unit will play again.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance to you.

Good luck!
