Sharp cash register Xe A301 Suddenly restart itself again, now it cannot drawer cannot able to pop out when press no sales button. Please let me know how to fix it

It menas the paper roll arm is not locked in. If it is locked then hit cl and should go away.

Firstly, press subtotal (ST) button. If a price appears, you are in a sale and it is waiting for you to finish (try another method like credit). If it gives an error or beep when you press ST button and the drawer does not open when pressing CA/AT/NS, you probably haven't signed on. Try signing on using a PIN number (see clerk sign on in your manual)

That means there is a password that was set for the Z operation , Enter the password and press AMt button

My sharp xe-a106 cash register is displaying an error message. it just reads "P" to the left of the "0.00" and I cannot clear it. Cannot do any other register functions. Turning...


Press the "clear" button (CL) the press the subtotal button (#/SUB). It will print out a long receipt. Make sure to run a Z after to clear all sales before.
