Question about Motorola Mobility MOTORIZR Z3 Cellular Phone
The screen on my phone is "fuzzy". It's striped, the picture isn't clear. I know I have to have the LCD replaced, but my problem is, how? Where can I find a mobileservice station? Will the T-Mobile Guys at the mall be able to help me? Will it cost me money? Do I have to do it myself? If so how? Help pleaseee.
I think T-Mobile will ask you to call their 1-800 # and triage your phone over the air, if it needs to be returned they send you a replacement.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
