Try going to the Microsoft .com website to download any updates for your Vista operating system.It could be a driver fault,or a configuration mistake on your part.You have to do it according to the manufacturers figures.Try again and then restart the pc and see what happens.If you don't get any results you must get online help from your server or pc/hub manufacturer.
