SOURCE: There was a problem accessing your account. Please
suppose if you are typing wrong password continuously it wouldn't allow you login, like that if any body tries then you may get like that! (or) check browser compatibility access settings along with net speed
SOURCE: I am getting this error while trying to log on to
1. Clear your cookies and temporary internet files (AKA cache), exit from the browser, then restart the browser.
2. If you are a home user and do not pay for a static IP address, get a different dynamic IP address; do
[Start] > [Run] > cmd > ipconfig
{{write down the IP address, then disconnect from the Internet with}}
ipconfig /release
{{wait a few minutes and then reconnect with}}
ipconfig / renew
{{compare the new IP address to the old to make sure your IP address changed, then try again}}
If you are an office user, try someone else's PC which will have a different IP address.
3. Log into Yahoo through a different country's server. I.e. if you usually log into Yahoo via http://login.yahoo.com/ or http://mail.yahoo.com/ then try http://login.korea.yahoo.com/ or http://nz.yahoo.com/
4. Access your Yahoo mailbox via http://wap.oa.yahoo.com/
5. Use a different browser. Use Firefox (free download from mozilla.com) if you normally use IE or Safari.
6. If you have a web accelerator (mostly an affliction of dial-up users) then try turning it off.
7. If you use a proxy server (mostly a corporate user thing) then try turning it off.
