I have no audio device on my optiplex 360 windows vista ive tried to download but everything fails

First check the BIOS. Look on integrated devices. Audio. make sure its enabled.

if BIOS is enabled and still no audio device from device manager.

Replace MOBO..

if audio goes to a Audio Card/ Expansion then replace card alone.

hope this helps.

NO AUDIO DEVICE

Hello,
You will have to download a software and install it so that your sound device can work.
Try this link directly to the manufacturer's website:
GA-81915P Duo Pro

Download the Microsoft UAA (Universal Audio Architecture) Bus driver (Full Multi-language version ) first and install it. Then download the C-Media Function driver for Intel 925/915 family.

Good Luck to you!

How can i enable the sound of my computer?

Start>Control Panel>(Sounds, Speech, and Audio Devices>)Sounds and Multimedia (or Audio Devices)

In here go to Audio (tab at the top). On the sound playback device select, "Volume." Move the main audio playback slider up to increase the volume.

If for some reason there are no audio devices listed in the Sound control panel (unlikely), there is a possibility that your audio ports have been disabled (again, unlikely).

Go to your device manager by right-click My Computer (Either located in your start menu or on your desktop) and go to Properties. Now select, "Hardware." In here click the button, "Device Manager."

The device manager should appear. Look at, "Sound, video, and game controllers." If anything in this category is listed as disabled try enabling it, then exit the device manager.

NO SOUND AT ALL

First check if the onboard sound is enable on your computer's BIOS, so restart your pc and press the DEL key on your keboard so you can access it then make sure the audio is enable if its disbale enable it then try now if it will working.

If the audio is enable on BIOS and still no sound check if the audio is installed properly under device manager Right click on Mycomputer>properties>hardware>device manager>then look for the audio device that should be enable and working properly if not you need to reinstall the driver for it.

Audio

Might be that no mixer device is installed in your system. Go to control panel/system/device manager to see whether audio devices have their drivers installed and enabled. if it's not right click on the device and click "enable". If still it does not work, try updating the driver by right clicking on the device and choosing "updater driver". If still, the problem is not solved, try uninstalling the driver. Reboot and let your system detects the audio device automatically. During the process, with your inet connection active, choose find driver from the internet.
