Ok perform a system restore, press F8 at bootup and choose safe mode desktop, when you are asked if you want the safe mode desktop or system restore, choose restore, and when ask if you want restore or desktop choose restore, restore to a time BEFORE the time when it was good and follow instructions and reboot, you should be back where you were.
