ok try to reset the phone first like this enter following code

*#7370# .......... Format phone
*#7780# .......... Factory Reset

password try 12345 or 00000 or 1234 or 0000

if problem persists then pls update ur phone software from www.nokia.com select ur region and ur phone from list then download software update application backup ur data if it lets u do it and then download the phone software and update ur phone with latest software everything will be ok otheriwise it a hardware problem i can guide u further if u want me to

This problem is due to the missing of phone's system files.You can solve this problem either by updating or re-installing your phone's software.

Try to do a hard reset again.

Just type: *#7370#


This will delete all data in the phone!!!!
