Oven stops working when it reaches requested temperature

Sounds like a temperature sensor and/or the control board are not communicating correctly. You could also have a faulty baking element that will not hold heat. Contact a professional.

The oven is not reaching its correct temperature.

This type of problem normally can be ascribed to a defective thermostat. Unfortunately there is no test for a thermostat, it has to be replaced to see if the problem has been sorted out.
One thing you can do is remove the thermostat bulb from the oven and place place it in a position where it will not heat up. Place an oven thermometer in the oven. Switch on and see of the temperature climbs above what you wee seeing before. This is a very much hands on test as you have no control over the temperature that the elements can get to. As soon as you see the temperature reach a point above that seen before, shut down immediately.

The oven does not cook the food, it only warms the food.

Two possible problems. If the oven has two or more elements for normal operation then one of these elements may be faulty. The thermostat may also be faulty and only heating to a far lesser temperature than required. The way to tell is turn the oven to a normal cooking temperature.
If the oven indicator light stays on all the time and doesn't cycle off then it may be an element problem, meaning that the oven can't reach the temperature setting desired.
If the oven indicator light goes off after a while and then cycles on and off then the thermostat is working correctly but the temperature may not be hot enough. You may have to purchase a small oven thermometer and check the oven temperature against the thermometer to get a better idea of what the problem is.

The problem is usually the igniter not reaching the correct amp draw .When the igniter does not reach the correct amp draw it may allow the gas valve to partially open or not open at all. The igniters are inexpensive and easy to replace. This video will walk you thru the correct procedure for testing an oven igniter. It may be a different model but the testing will be the same. You can also enter your model # for diagrams and illustrations of your specific model. Not all models are available. It is adjustable. Pull off the temperature knob behind it you will find the adjustment to raise or lower the temp. You will need an oven thermometer to test after you adjust.
