Question about Optoma H30 Multimedia Projector
I had a similar issue with my EP739, the problem would start after about 3 or 4 minutes and then get gradually worse and worse..
The most strange thing I noticed was that white looked fine. And if you opened the configuration menu in the projector it appeared that blue was labeled green and green blue..
Some sites suggested cleaning the machine of dust, which I tried using a can of compressed air... This did not fix the problem at first.. but when I had it apart I studied the colour wheel for a little while and wondered if some how the machine was synching to it incorrectly somehow.. So I blew out the colour wheel location sensor (It's kind of obvious being the only component mechanically connected to the color wheel. Much to my delight, this fixed the problem...
So my solution to the flickering / colour fading / colour swapping issue with DLP projectors was to clean out the dust from the colour wheel location sensor..
In fact, if I did it again, I would ONLY clean the sensor, and leave the rest of the dust alone. Blowing dust around has the potential to cause other issues, especially if it winds up inside the optics system.

Have you tried using a different cable ?
If you have and the problem still persists , this could be faulty Mainboard that will either need repair or replacement.
Please try a different cable first and let me know what the outcome was.
Thanks for using Fixya and Good Luck !
