I just purchased a blue tooth adapter (Kensington USB Micro Adaptor) and blue tooth headphones (Sony DR-BT22) and I can't figure out how to route the sound to it instead of the speaker. Can you help?

It turns out that not all bluetooth is compatable. The kennsington bluetooth was only compatable with data devices. The headphone I purchased while being bluetooth was not the same. I found this out back at the store and it took about six hours. Many thanks to the people in the Mundelien,Illinois store there patients and persistance helped me through this difficult problem.........
Connect the headphones to the bluetooth. Open the control panel, go to Sounds and Audio Devices. Click the Audio tab. Under Sound Playback (top portion of the tab), it says 'Default Device'. Drop the menu down and select your headphones. Click apply then ok, and you should be good to go.
I can't guarantee that this will stay set up this way. If you disconnect the headphones, you very well may have to run through this again.
