I need battery pack and battery compartment cover

Go to the companies website. Many companies like Fisher Price offer replacement parts quite reasonably. Just put in the model number or name in the search bar on the companies site. If the parts are discontinued, the best place to look for replacements is ebay or craigslist. Best Wishes!

Not Working withwindows XP, Calibrated but thrust not working. Extensive research on web no joy. dont want to spend money at drivers sites

I understand. I oathed long ago never to spend money at driver sites myself.
You can get drivers for your joystick for free at the manufacturer's website. If it's too old a stick for that, for instance the company may be gone by now, then you can still try to sweet talk Windows into recognizing its capabilities by going into Start, Control Panel, Game Controllers, and select Add. Now the challenge becomes one of trying to pick a generic setup that best fits what you own. You're going to have to fiddle around with this part until you find one that works 'right enough' with what your using, unless you can get the specific drivers from the manufacturer.
I've had good luck in the past with the generic drivers XP comes with, so give it a go.
Best, William

Calibrate speedometer for oversized tires

Hello, my name is Ben. The only way to re-calibrate your vehicle's speedometer is to have the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) re-calibrated, either by a GM dealer or someone who has the capability to connect with the PCM and change the settings. Several companies sell units that are supposed to be able to re-calibrate the PCM, I have never used one but if you buy from a reputable company it is probably okay. SuperChips has one they call a TirePaq, but they are vehicle specific, and more expensive than a dealer. I suppose it depends on how much you like gadgets. I hope I have answered your question, sorry there isn't a cheaper way.

Wrong time

This is a problem with either the a/c power or the Clock/Radio's internal timing crystal circuitry. The radio depends on the 60 cycle power source as the timing device. If this power is irregular or uneven in its delivery it can cause the timing circuits to lose or gain time. The Clock/Radio has a frequency tuned crystal that operates like the second hand on a clock. When the calibration for whatever reason is lost the crystal will not be able to perform the timing function correctly. The reason this does not happen in all Clock/Radios is that they usually have correction circuits. These circuits keep the crystal from drifting out of calibration during operation. Because of the low production cost of these Clock/Radios, the quality control is almost non existent. The components are variable and sometimes they do not stay within specifications. This problem is usually handled by quality control departments in the manufacturers facilities. They usually test a certain amount of the production run to make sure it meets specification. In higher priced electronics these test are on going during the production run. In lower cost electronics these tests for quality control are usually done before the production run. This is to choose the best and most reliable components for the price level of the product in production. What this means to you, is that the quality of the components and quality control of the production runs are based on cost efficiency to the manufacturer. This is the reason for these type of efficiency variables in the products. The customer support telephone number for Emerson is 1-800-898-9020 between the hours of 9am-5pm CT. Give them the make and model number of the Clock/Radio and ask them for assistance with your problem. I hope this information helps you under the problem and reason these problems can occur in the products. I would like to know who makes the Insignia TV? Thank you

They are made by " XOCECO" in China. The link is :
http://www.asia.manufacturers.globalsour...

XOCECO = Xiamen Overseas Chinese Electronic Co. Ltd.
They also are sold under the name " Prima ". Their link :
http://www.xoceco.com.cn/eweb/index.asp... Insignia is a brand made & sold exclusively by Best Buy Stores. It's like their "in-house" brand. Same as if you bought Meijer brand ice cream... it's their "in-house" brand. A lot of companies throw surplus parts that are sold to budget manufacturers who assemble and distribute the finished products at a low price.

Depending on which model Insignia you have your eye on, the manufacturer could be up 7 different companies. Xoceco Co. distributes them to Best Buy (they're an importer, but not a middle man because they're regulated by Best Buy Inc.)
A majority of the parts are from LG (and they also produce all the ATSC tuners for every HDTV built-in TV on the market and a plethora of other TV's), Philips-- which also has ties with LG-- and Toshiba has a share in creating the TV's as well.

The same goes with brands like Vizio, Olevia and Westinghouse. Although I would choose an Insignia over any of these brands anyway because Insignia is a proprietary Brand name for Best Buy, and Best Buy supports and services all their products. Some of those brands are built from refurbished models that were bought in bulk from service centers, clearance centers, TV repair shops and are also made from surplus parts.

Insignia is a good TV, but I would not recommend using it as a main TV. It'd be perfect for a bedroom or a kid's room.
