Inorder tosolve your PUK problem, *kindly contact your service provider (customer care) *Tell your phone number and they will give your PUK code *Enter that code on your cell phone(that ask puk code) *Then your phone ask another pin code&to verify,there you can type your desired code(say 0000,00000,1234,12345). * Then your phone will restart normally....
