This may be a fault in the main processor, or in the control panel, if the fault is internal to the set.

It is possible that it is an external problem where there is some source of transmissoin that is effecting the remote sensing in the TV set. Compact flourescents have been known to cause this type of problem with some models of TV sets.

If you have compact flourescent lighting in the room, try covering the remote sensor on the TV set with a piece of tape to see if the fault goes away. If this does not subdue the fault, then the set will need service.

If you have a device like the Nexus 6P or Nexus 9 running stock Android, then these are the steps required to boot into Recovery mode:
  1. Hold down the Power key and select Power off. If the touchscreen is unresponsive, then you can simply keep holding down the Power key for several seconds until the device turns off.
  2. Press and hold the Power key and the Volume down key. You should see the Android mascot on his back, a bunch of information about your device, and Start at the top of the screen.
  3. To navigate through the menu options, you use the Volume up and Volume down keys. The Power key is used to make a selection. Press Volume down twice, and you should see Recovery mode in red up at the top right. Press the Power key to select it.
  4. The white Google logo will pop up followed by the Android mascot on his back again with the words No command underneath.
  5. Press and hold the Power key and the Volume up key for around three seconds, and then let go of the Volume up key, but keep pressing Power.
  6. You should see the Android system recovery options pop up at the top of the screen. Use the Volume keys to highlight the options and the Power key to select the one you want.

I set the volume to 40. After a little while the volume starts dropping down. If you do not turn the volume back up the volume will eventually go to zero all by it self and turn off the system.

Volume decreases during use

Very simple. It is not a defective unit. Simply a matter of volume attenuation, hold the "function" and "grove"keys for aprox 5 seconds until a message saying vac off appears. Problem solved. Resets itself eveytime the unit is turned off .
enjoy!!!

My Sansa will turn itself off after certian songs and now during refreshing

These are the most common methods for recovering Sandisk's Sansa Mp3 Players. I have been almost universally successful in recovering Sansa players using one or a combination of these methods. These methods do not work if you are having synchronization or music format issues - they are for recovering a player that will not power up, freezes, flashes, is not recognized by the computer, and a host of other issues.

Reset the Sansa Player first. On most models, restart is done by holding the power button in for 15 seconds or longer. Check your specific manual to be sure. The manuals are available from the Sansa website if they have been misplaced.
Download the Sansa Recovery Tool from the Sansa website.
Format - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
Firmware Upgrade- Erases Everything: Get the latest firmware upgrade from Sansa - it updates the firmware and erases every song in the player all at once. Note: this method doesn't work if already have the latest firmware. Go to this website and click "Firmware Updater" to find out: http://www.sandisk.com/DriverDownload/driverList.asp
If these fail, then:
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
If you get the problem where MTP Device keeps popping up continuously, uninstall the “MTP Device” by going to Start à Control Panel àSystem à Hardware à Device Manager (you computer may vary slightly, depending on Windows Version).
You may have to restart your computer after each of these methods to get them to work properly. Disconnect your Sansa player BEFORE shutting down your computer.
