Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player

Frozen I plugged my sansa into my friends laptop to charge (like I've donemany times before), but when I unplugged it I wouldn't get off thedisplay screen and the computer wont recognized my device. Please help,I need to rock out to my music

    I've tried that several times and it doesn't do anything. Thank you for your suggestion anyways

There is a fix, but it is going to delete all the songs off the player, so you will have to reload them. Disconnect the Sansa Clip from the computer. Slide the power button up for 15 seconds to turn the Sansa Clip off. Hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer

    There is a section in the manual about resetting the device - this will get it off the display screen.

Sansa Fuze not working anymore


My friend give me a sansa mp3 player BB0703UBB. When i charge it in my PC and i forgot to unplug sansa mp3 player BB0703UBB after half hour i plug it. But the power is not working. i cannot open and play it anymore. I try to insert it on my PC but then it says unknown device. HELP!

Sansa frozen


Reset the player - see manual or the Sandisk website for details - usually holding power in for 15 seconds or more
You are going to have to charge it for 3-4 hours before trying any additional fixes, because you let the battery drain

Problem with sansa e260


that happens to me too. i think the problem is that your computer can't like, sense that it's plugged in, so your battery's dying out, and the computer wont charge it

I would suggest that you reformat it.

To format it open up a My Computer window, and right click on theremovable storage deice that you using and then click format.

Frozen screen


All you reaaly have to do is let the battery run out. Then once the mp3 is dead, charge it. The screen should be unfrozen.
