I dont know where i kept my cd that came with my phone for installation and i need to install it on my laptop

1. Browse to Nokia PC Suite web site.
2. Start the installation by downloading the file.
3. As you start, the Security Warning window appears. Select Run to begin downloading the installation file. When the download is complete, select Run once again.
4. Welcome and introduction window opens, select Continue installation to continue.
5. In order to continue installation, accept the terms and conditions of the license agreement and select Next.
6. You can select a folder for the installation of Nokia PC Suite. Then, select Continue installation.
7. Select Continue installation once again to start installing Nokia PC Suite. The installation may take several minutes.
8. Select Finish to complete the installation.
9. After the installation is completed, you need to restart your PC for the changes to take effect. You can choose whether to restart your PC right away or later.

ok..ussualy the modems came with an install cd with the driver on ..but for windows this isnt necesary cause it has several drivers for modems into it ...so ..either restore to an earlier date ..or boot from cd and repair windows...but before doing this ..get into bios and by pressing F5or F6 or F9 its different for different machines...you should be able to restore to optimal defaults the bios settings ...(save by F10)...after that boot from cd and on second repair offer ..proceed..it will replace windows files and drivers..this will make your modem recognized and installed ..

you need to buy an external dvd rom drive and attached it to your machine then put cd on it to install the webcam.

You need to install webcam drivers. Look for cd witch came with the webcam. Insert the cd, follow instructions to install webcam drivers.
If you dont have cd, post webcam make and model, i'll post the driver download link.

If you want to dual boot keep these few things in mind
1. Install the lower version first(like XP & Vista)
2. Keep the 2 OS's on different partitions specially if the other OS is unix based
However first you need to download VISTA(Edition of ur choice). You will also need the mobo CD to install the drivers too. After having kept everything ready, try installing..........sodeep

Reboot or reformat?

To reboot

1. Click start
2. click restart
3. when system starts it has been rebooted.

To reformat,Repost with details of current OS and OS in which you will be installing.

4. Reboot.

There are two methods for installing w700 driver:
1) If you have the cd that came with your phone, then insert it into your cd drive and       connect your phone to your computer or laptop.Now if you dont want to install that     pc suite then dont install but you can install the driver.The driver installation box         will automatically open and now click the next button and it will automatically           search your cd rom and it will install your driver and your phone is ready to use.

2)If you dont have the cd then you can download the driver from internet.For that        please go to :

But to download the driver, you must register or log in.

You will need to install driver software to get the webcam working. If your PC/Laptop does not have a CD Drive, you can get the diver software and instructions from
