You really shouldn't Re-format unless you absolutely have to.
But if you did. The ALL your information is GONE.
One may be able to recover some data from the HDD with special recovery software, however this will NOT get your Operating System back.
You will have to obtain a Windows Install DVD, and ALL the Drivers and programs again.
Some laptops have Recovery partitions, id your is one of them then you should be able to restore your system to close to what you had before less any data that you may have had. Please check your manual for this info.
