Question about Compaq Audio card Sound Card
You must download the drivers for your audio output device. If its a card youve installed or someone else(Back of PC, towards the bottom, sticks out of a slot in the casing but long and slender horizontally) you need to find out the manufacturer of that card, as well as the model, and DL the appropriate driver from the manufacturer website. if its a USB plugged device, look in START>Control panel>Administrative Tools>Device Manager and check the "Other Devices" for what your trying to get working. if its there, use Update Driver utility
