How can i fix my IBM ThinkPad T22 2647. it produce 3 simultaniuos beep sounds lcd is black out.

Thinkpad beep code 1-3-3-1 means that the memory or the system board (motherboard) has developed a fault.

Try taking out the system memory, clean the contacts and the slots with a clean, dry paintbrush or if you have any spare modules try them.

If you swap the memory and it still produces the same beep code then there could be a possibility that the mainboard has died.

I checked on a beep code for your IBM laptop, and the only code listed with 3 beeps is:
One long, two short beeps System board failure; Video adapter problem; LCD assembly failure

None of these codes sound like an easy or quick fix for you.
If your code is not one long, and 2 short beeps, repost and update!

diid u change memory or something it means that some hardware is not compatible or broken lik memory mostly it because of that

This is not an easy job, there is risk to cause further damage to your laptop if you do not have enough experience.

It's your memory, or more to the point, the memory slots. take all memory out, install 1 piece in the slot closest to the back of the laptop, push down on the memory as if pushing it into the motherboard, and hold pressure while booting.

1 long beep + 2 short beeps during a POST (Power-On Self Test) for a IBM ThinkPad stands for System board, video adapter or LCD assembly failure.

The beeps are telling you something is not right.
Every beep is different and I'm not 100% on what means what.
Most likely something is not inserted right into the motherboard.
Go back and check you inserted the ram correctly, if that dosn't work try checking your cables (ide, power, etc.) and your cards (video, sound, etc.) as they might have slipped out of place when inserting the ram.
You might even have a bad/faulty part in the motherboard. Check the new ram stick and see if it works without it.
These basic troubleshooting steps should help you find the problem. If not it could be the cpu is burnt out.....the way to know this is if you unplug it, the beeps will disapeir or change completely.
Maby someone else on FixYa could tell you what the exact beep could be but I'm pretty sure its just something not plugged in right or a faulty part like I had just mentioned. Either way your computer should work fine once the problem is traced and fixed.
