The beeping sound is an error code and it depends how many the beeps codes are. Some start with a short beep then followed by one or two long beeps.Often this is a power board problem. Some models are in the "Hot"side where a large capacitor which voltages range from 200 to 250 volts, they need to be replaced.Observe the ones after the hot side too by visually inspecting them if they have bulging tops, these ones needs replacements too.
A set beeping doesnt have to mean your CRTs are dead. Its more than likely something in your power supply. Do you have any diagnosis or soldering skills?
