When we left for a week vacation the tv worked. Now when we turn it on we have a bright blue screen. We can change channels, turn it on and off, go to menu, watch vcr's. What could have happened it is Model NOAT2702.

Either you are not getting a signal from the cable or digital box which is most like the cause. I would try to connect the box to the same input you use the vcr or dvd player to make sure .

I know you can that you can change this by simply hooking up a scan tool for specific year. There are language options accessible for situations like this. Here is a sample of what can be changed using VAG 5052 or equivalent scanners.

It sounds to me like it's stuck in service mode. There is a button combination with the remote to return it to normal. I would call Vizio support and they should be able to help you.

I think it's a combination like [volume -], [channel -] and power but I could be wrong.

Bad Picture Blueish picture

If the red gun stops working it could make the picture very blue-greenish. This could be caused by a number of problems, including a coolant leak, but it's most likely a bad electrical connection somewhere in the set.

Best left to a professional repair guy, frankly.

Check the signal type. It may be set incorrectly. Change the channel. You may be on a blank channel. Check to see if the TV is tuned to channel 3 or 4 if you are watching a videotape. Check the TV/VCR button on the VCR is in the correct mode by pressing the TV/VCR button on your VCR.
