Hi I'm trying to connect my iPod, to the JBL on time and doesn't make conection, I.e not playing the music being played on ipod. What am I doing wrong?

I correcting the spelling of 'trying'. To answer your question. I depends if it is a wired connection through the Dock or whether it is a Bluetooth connection.

For wired, you press the iPod or Auxillary button on the dock to select the signal from the iPhone.

For a Bluetooth connection.
Open Settings on the iPhone, on Bluetooth, close it an open it. You should see the JBL. If not, you have to press PAIR on the JBL.

Didn't you get instructions with it?

How do you import CDs into iTunes?

Copy music from a CD to iTunes by following these steps:
  1. Insert a music CD into your computer. Notice that iTunes opens automatically.
  2. In the list that appears, use the checkboxes to select or deselect the songs you want to import. Songs that are selected will be imported.
  3. After you've selected the songs you want to import, click the Import button. iTunes will begin copying the music from your CD to your iTunes music library.
  4. After the songs are imported, click the Eject Disk button.

Like other MP3 players, the SanDisk Sansa series of music and video players lets you listen to your music while on the go. With their easy-to-use control interfaces, Sansa players let you add, change or delete tracks in a playlist quickly. However, there might be times when you want to lock the player so that you don't stop playback or change the current track inadvertently -- like when exercising or jogging. Locking a Sansa player ensures that music plays continuously even if you touch controls on the face of the unit accidentally. To make changes to a queued play list or stop playback on a Sansa with the controls disabled, you must first unlock the player manually.
Sansa Clip Zip and Fuze+ Players Step 1 Press and hold the power button on the Clip Zip or Fuze+ player a few seconds to power on the device. Scroll to "Music" on the home screen and press the "Select" button. The Select button is a rectangular or square button in the center of the button-control pad beneath the viewing screen on the Sansa player.
Step 2 Press the "Play" button to play the first track in your play list. Alternatively, press the right or left arrow button to navigate to another song in the list, and then press the "Play" button.
Step 3 Press the "Power" button on the top of the player once quickly to lock the unit. The player will play music continuously while disabling all navigation controls on the face of the unit. A padlock icon appears on the face of the player indicating the lock feature is active. Don't hold the Power button after you press it, as this will turn off the player.
Step 4 Unlock the player by quickly pressing the "Power" button. The Unlocked icon appears on the player screen.
Sansa Clip+ Step 1 Power on the Sansa Clip+ player.
Step 2 Choose "Music" on the Main Menu screen, then press the "Select" button. The Select button is the square one in the center of the control pad on the face of the player.
Step 3 Press "Play" to begin playing tracks from your play list.
Step 4 Press and hold the "Home" button just below the viewing screen. After a couple of seconds, a padlock icon appears at the top of the viewing screen indicating the Sansa Clip+ locking feature is active.
Step 5 Press and hold the "Home" button again to unlock the Clip+ player.
Tips
  • With the Sansa Clip Zip and Fuze+ players, locking the devices disables all navigation controls on the unit (i.e. Play and Fast Forward), but not the volume control. If you lock the Clip Zip or Fuze+, you can still adjust the volume as needed. By contrast, if you lock the Clip+ player, the unit disables all controls on the player -- including the volume control buttons.

I just downloaded 3.1, now it wont play music or videos. I touch play and it just goes back to pause

You will need to try restoring it to factory settings and reloading your music. Since you recently updated the issue is most likely with your software and that should fix it.

Go to iTunes
Plug your iPod/iPhone in
look for the RESTORE button at the bottom right hand side of your screen.
Wait until it is completely finished.
It will reset then reset again.
Name your iPod, select your preferences and load your music.

IN THE EVENT THAT THAT DOESN'T WORK
Try again with a different USB cable
IN THE EVENT THAT THAT DOESN'T WORK
Try again with another computer
IN THE EVENT THAT THAT DOESN'T WORK

You probably have an issue that is hardware related you should take it to Apple if it is less than a year old or 2 years under AppleCare.

Copy music from Ipod

You've got a new computer. All your music and videos are on your iPod and you'd like to populate you new iTunes library from it. Unfortunately iTunes doesn't let you transfer anything other than your iTunes store purchases from your iPod.

To transfer all your iPod content, all your music, playlists, videos, podcasts and photos to your new iTunes library you will need to download software like TouchCopy.

Here is how to use TouchCopy

1. Download and Install TouchCopy from http://www.touchcopy.com. Downloads are free and are available for both PC and Mac.
2. Start up TouchCopy by double-clicking the TouchCopy icon on your desktop.
3. Connect your iPod or iPhone to your computer. TouchCopy may start iTunes - don't worry, TouchCopy has fixed it so that iTunes will not sync music or video with your iPod while TouchCopy is running. These changes are restored when you quit TouchCopy.
4. Select which songs you want to copy into iTunes, if you want to select all your music, select "Music" from the list on the left and click on "Copy to iTunes" button in the TouchCopy control bar.

In a similar way, you can also use TouchCopy to copy your playlists, videos, podcasts, photos, contacts, calendars, notes and iPhone SMS.

When you are satisfied that all your iPod content is safely in iTunes, use iTunes to re-sync your iPod which will enable you to add new content to it.

Here's a YouTube video that guides you through how to use TouchCopy

Can't sync iPhone 3GS 3.1 with Vista iTunes 9.1

Zone Alarm and itunes do not play well together. ZA running will corrupt some pictures, apparently some music and does not allow the update of an ipod (touch) to occur. I have had to turn off ZA for any of the above to get either a clean install or adding (or removing) photos.
