Make sure you are using the correct User Name and Password. Make sure you don't have the Caps Lock on.

I am getting message when attempting to open links, "Server not found"?

Email links is when you are getting this message or is it when you try to open an internet browser to go to any web page?

If you're on the internet successfully and you are clicking a email link, then I would say the link is bad. You can type the address of the email provider and see if you can get there successfully. If you don't know the address just go to www.google.com and in the search box type your email provider. Example: Yahoo Mail or Google Mail,or GMail or Hotmail.

When I try to 'find friends' on Facebook it asks for an E-Mail password and I've no idea what this is. Also, friends are sending me messages and I'm not getting them. Please help!

Hi Gwenda,
The find friends application is asking you to input your email that you use regularly and the password to that account so that it can go thru your address book, and it does not save or sell your email, it just uses the names to match against it's database to look for your contacts that may be on Facebook.
As to the messages, on the top of the main page, you will see 3 symbols, The first, looks like a silhouette of two people, is the Friend request, the second, looks like an envelope, is the message notification, and the third, like a globe is the notification area for new posts onto your wall. If you see a number up there, then you have action in one of those areas. click on the corresponding icon to see what awaits you. If the message doesn't come up, then chances are that the person posting the message has deleted it.
Hope this helps you
Joe

Can't read my emails from my main AOL email account. It opens and just says ''beep!'' My other emails work.

Don't lose it!; more than likely email was sent with unreadable formatting. Therefore it may be better that you can't open it. have sender try again if possible. p7of9

I am receivng spam in my email box even though it has been set to not allow spam, by myself as well as a tech suport person last week. I continue to get loads of spam!!

If you're using Outlook, a simple thing to do is to right-click a particular email, and click either 'Junk email' and add the sender to black list, or click 'Create rule', and add some common subject lines you get, and send all matching messages to go to the deleted folder.

Are you sure that the text color in the email matches the background? You should also check the options for the email browser you are using. I hope this helps your computer problem.
