Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
Your set has bad convergence ic's and possibly some open resistors or pico fuses. This is a very common problem with this set and all 3-tube projection sets. Unfortunately it is a complicated job and takes a good bit of experience and time, especially to set one up after replacing the bad parts, so you will need a tech to repair it. Our shop gets around $250-$300 dollars to do a convergence job like yours will need and most shops get around the same amount. I've repaired I don't know how many projection sets of these for this problem.
