Dear Robertkoch,
These type of wands are throw away type. The water could be leaking from the hose with the wand. It could be leaking from the valve. That is the valve is not closing when trigger is not pulled. Myself even when a wand (gun) is serviceable...I do not find it worth it fixing it. The wise thing to do is buy a new one. But if you wish to experiment and drill the rivets...and by any chance you fix the problem...then good luck for you. If you decide to buy a new exactly the same as you have, so maybe you might use a spare from the old one for the new one when the time arrises.

I am aiming to convert my new Range to LP and the first instruction is to remove the storage drawer. It looks to me like it is riveted in. What do I need to do to remove it?

I would check closely to be sure, oftentimes small torx are used. If you need to replace rivets they should be drilled out with a cordless drill and small drill bit at the center of the rivet. You have to go all the way through and then the rivet flange should wedge itself on the drill bit as it passes through. You can replace the rivets will small (self tapping) sheet metal screws of the same hole size to close it back up later. Remember to follow the mfr's instructions precisely when converting from Natural Gas to LP. Check for leaks using soapy water and disconnect the igniter by unplugging the power cord until you are sure it isn't leaking anywhere.

Replace volvo xc90 alarm

The main alarm system box is located in the right front fender. To access it you have to remove (drill out) the rivets holding the plastic wheel well cover in place under the fender. It is common for the battery in the alarm to die (and subsequently leak) rendering the alarm inoperative. For that reason it is probably not a good idea to buy a used alarm of the same age. Note, you should be able to buy the replacement rivets in a kit from Volvo.

The water admittance valve is stuck. The spring loaded valve lets more water into the pump when the pressure drops when you trigger the wand. Take the valve apart, clean the bore with crocus cloth on a dowel rod. Replace the O Rings and lube with plumber's grease and reassemble. Good as new! The O rings get dry, deposits build up in the bore, and the spool valve sticks at the high pressure end so no further water comes in to be pumped. Half hour job, get an O Ring kit to refurbish.

My Snap-On 2000 PSI pressure washer is leaking through the trigger handle. I have no pressure coming out of the wand but the motor runs.

The fitting for the trigger is cracked. It happened to mine because I did not make sure the wand and hose was drained before winter came. The water left in the wand expanded and cracked the trigger housing. The problem is that the trigger piece is easily replaceable, but it is not available. Alltrade makes you buy the complete wand.

41xp - leaking air out of top headpsp

You have worn or broke o-rings in your gun. You need Senco Kits number YK0361 Firing Trigger System Kit & YK0362 Piston Stop Kit. If you have it apart, replace all of the o-rings and you'll have a new gun. Remember to replace each o-ring as you take them out so you get them back exactly where they need to go and grease them up well with the lube in the kit.

Water leaks from the door of countertop model on

My older model had cheap plastic type rivets around the window. Of course they broke and water leaked out the window. I took the door apart and put in a new gasket the siliconed the heck out of it!
Put dishwasher on a counter or floor and put a nice thick phonebook under neath the opened door for support. Carefully replace window with gasket and a bead of silicone. Put enough weight on top to press it down and seal it. Leave for 24-48 hrs. I've replaced the window 3 times and this fix has lasted 2 years now. total cost about $10 and a little effort. make sure you use heat tolerant silicone.

Myn60fn is leaking from around the trigger, do I have to take the whole thing apart to replace the o rings or do I just drive out the spring clips?

You will need to remove the trigger before driving out the roll pin. After you remove the trigger and roll pin, place a rag over the trigger, remove your hand from the area, and briefly hook up your air line. (Clean your soiled pants after this part) You will hear a loud pop and the trigger assembly is going to come out quickly. If you are not prepared for this it will scare the **** out of you. Then once you have the trigger assembly out you can push the two retaining pins on the assembly out and remove the inner workings of the trigger. One note of caution. The ring you are trying to replace is a hard half moon looking ring that Bostitch doesn''t sell separately. You may see it in pieces when you take this assembly apart, or you may not. Sometimes it crumbles and comes out of the trigger exhaust. You can try to match up an oring to sit in there, but from experience it is much easier and less costly to just order the whole trigger valve. Hope this helps.

BN125 Wont fire

Did you rebuild the trigger plunger? Check the plunger on the trigger. Sometimes junk will set up in the seat and cause low flow of air.

DA250B air nailer leaks air, piston stays down

Your nailer has a collar /vinyl seal that should be installed on the head valve and seats against the cylinder. The seal should fit very snugly on the headvalve. The plastic cylinder must not have any nicks on the surface or be out of round. The head valve has an upper bumper that needs to be inspected for cracks. To test the orings in the head for leaks do the following. Push in the headvalve with your thumb till it hits bottom then cover the small hole at the mating surface of the head with finger then release headvalve. Suction should hold the headvalve in for a moment. If no suction, replace the orings. Parts and item list are at . Enjoy

Flooring nailer tech support

couple of things there are o-rings inside that trigger assy. they are either pintched in or dry. next there could be internal rubber hoses inside the gun. might need replacing. lastly the hose or o-ring going to the back side of the ram is leaking or broken. here is what i would do. you sound pretty handy with your tools so i would get somewhere clean start taking the gun apart thouroghly noting where everything went and go untill you find the problem. but first i would shoot a couple of drops of oil into the air input on the gun then hook it up and fire a few off and see if it clears up, if not then start takeing it apart. I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH....DO THIS ON A CLEAN SERFACE WITH YOUR HAND CLEAN. i chased a leak around in a pnumatic hammer for 3 days all because it wasnt clean on the inside..
