    No paper pickup, press enter

Suspect worn and or dirty paper pickup roller. To check the roller simply open top cover and remove toner cartridge. Roller is D shaped and can easily be removed by gently pressing the two tabs outwards. This should pop out the roller from the holder. Clean roller and check for wear. If worn replace.

HP 2600n Ironing transfer paper jammed around top roller

It is probably stuck permanently, and the fuser will need to be replaced. I believe the "fuser replacement" instructions are in the manual.

    The printer wrinkles the paper

look like you have a cracked fuser roller problem. To see it, visually observe the section where the paper exits from the printer. You will noticed a grey colored long roller riding on top of another long orange colored roller. Its usually the grey colored roller whereby certain section of the roller foil/film have been torn off and it need to be replaced.
