To adjust Sensitivity:
1. From the Sonar Page, press MENU|ENT.
2. The Sensitivity Control Bar appears. Press ↓ to decrease sensitivity or press ↑ to increase sensitivity. When it's set at the desired level, press EXIT. (When you reach the maximum or minimum limit, a tone
sounds.)
Unit freezes, locks up, or operates erratically:
1. Electrical noise from the boat's motor, trolling motor, or an accessory may be interfering with the sonar unit. Rerouting the power and transducer cables away from other electrical wiring on the boat may help. Route the sonar unit's power cable directly to the battery instead of through a fuse block or ignition switch
2. Inspect the transducer cable for breaks, cuts, or pinched wires.
3. Check both the transducer and power connectors. Make certain both are securely plugged in to the unit.
Weak bottom echo, digital readings erratic, or no fish signals:
1. Make certain the transducer is pointing straight down. Clean the face of the transducer. Oil, dirt and fuel can cause a film to form on the transducer, reducing its effectiveness. If the transducer is mounted inside the hull, be sure it is shooting through only one layer of fiberglass and that it is securely bonded to the hull. Do NOT use RTV
silicone rubber adhesive or Marine-Tex epoxy.
2. Electrical noise from the boat's motor can interfere with the sonar.
This causes the sonar to automatically increase its Discrimination or noise rejection feature.
This can cause the unit to eliminate weaker signals such as fish or even structure from the display.
3. The water may be deeper than the sonar's ability to find the bottom. If the sonar can't find the bottom signal while it's in the automatic mode, the digital sonar display will flash continuously. It may change the range to limits far greater than the water you are in. If this happens, place the unit in the manual mode, then change the range to a realistic one, (for example, 0-100 feet) and increase the sensitivity. As you move into shallower water, a bottom signal should appear.
4. Check the battery voltage. If the voltage drops, the unit's transmitter power also drops, reducing its ability to find the bottom or targets.Bottom echo disappears at high speeds or erratic digital reading or weak bottom echo while boat is moving
1. The transducer may be in turbulent water. It must be mounted in a smooth flow of water in order for the sonar to work at all boat speeds. Air bubbles in the water disrupt the sonar signals, interfering with its ability
to find the bottom or other targets. The technical term for this is cavitation.
2. Electrical noise from the boat's motor can interfere with the sonar.
This causes the sonar to automatically increase its Discrimination or
noise rejection feature. This can cause the unit to eliminate weaker
signals such as fish or even structure from the display. Try using
resistor spark plugs or routing the sonar unit's power and transducer
cables away from other electrical wiring on the boat.
Thanks. Keep updated for any more query. You can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

There is a humming in back of tv.the sound always good but picture doesnt come thru and i get a green screen someetimes blurry with distortion.color wheel or dmd chip or lamp starting to go out

as my experience, the most possible reason should be the color wheel or its photo sensor board.

firstly try to clean its photo sensor board, or have to replace a new wheel.

i just have this wheel, when you need to replace it, contact me freely

Tension settings

Some general suggestion - not familiar with White. If you know where the tensioner is, take a scrap of relatively stiff cloth in a constrasting color to the thread to make it easier to see. A good stitch tension will look like a line of adjacent dashed on top and dash-dot-dash on the bottom. If you are seeing dash-dot-dash on top and Dash-dash on the bottom, the tension is too tight. If - usual case - the bottom has dash-loopyloop-dash, or worse, snags, the tension is too loose. Remember tension may need to be adjusted for thicker or thinner work.

Blue dotted line of right side of paper

Sounds like the cyan photoconductor unit needs to be replaced. Usually what ever the color dot is that photoconductor has a pinhole in it and the only to get rid of it is to replace it.

Sony, tv comes on color fine, then turns red

I had the same problem with my TV, but the hue was blue. I was told that not only did I have to replace the picture tube that wasn't staying on, but I would have to replace them all because they would not mix properly. After much investigation, I found that there is an adjustment for a variable power supply to each tube that can brighten and lighten each tube. I adjusted the RED pot and my picture color issue was resolved! To access this adjustment you must remove the front panel on the TV. At the bottom corners there are two small screw covers that you must remove. Then un-screw the screws under the covers. Then pull the front panel off of the TV, (it hooks under the top near the screen so it will swing out from the bottom). Now remove the wooden panel in the center, (four screws). The pot adjustments are at the bottom of the TV. They are marked for Red, Blue, and Green. They are extremely sensitive, don't turn them much! If you over adjust you will get red, green, or blue lines on your screen. Adjust back down to remove these, (this is also the remedy for removing these lines that can appear over time). Good Luck and God Bless!

Red Dots

You can get rid of the red dots by adjusting the V-scan voltage down, it's on the panel sticker inside the unit, you can find the test point on the DC to DC pcb, and the adjustment pot is on the same board, lower it as you watch the screen and only lower it enough to rid the screen of the dots
