(from the manual) Turn off the unit. Look just below the last light on
the "filter change indicater meter". You'll see a very small hole and
the words "reset". Use a sharp object, such as the end of a paper clip
(opened up) and stick the paper clip or sharp object into the hole.
This is suppose to reset the unit. However, I have heard of cases when
people of done what I just described but the indicator late still will
not reside to green. I hope this helps you.
