You may need the right codecs installed for the video/audio formats.
I use VLC player, this has all the codecs needed already installed,.
You can also get a portable version that you can put on your memory card and play from there

When downloaded to computer from camera memory card, pictures are ok but video has sound but no picture when in play on computer

You'll need to download the latest pack of video codecs, or change media players.
You may opt for using the VLC Media Player because it comes with built in functionality that does not require you to have all the needed video and audio codecs. In other words, it will open and correctly play any video file you throw at it.
Or, if you'd rather use your favorite media player then you'll need to download and install the full version of the K-Lite Media Codec Pack.
Either one of these options will solve your video problem.

I'm trying to put a slideshow on my 2GB sandisk and play it on a digital frame and im not sure how to put the slideshow on the sandisk

Once the card is in a card reader attached or built-in to your computer, simply drag&drop the desired pictures to it. Depending on the make and model of your frame, you may have to create a folder to hold the pictures.

No Sound For Videos

if the sound doesnt work on your computer it's probably the video. try putting other videos on that do work on your computer becuase then you can figure out if its the videos causing the orlbem or your mp3. heres a link to the sansa forums just in case http://forums.sandisk.com/sansa/board?board.id=e200

Best of luck! : )
