You can't lock your phone to a carrier yourself. You bought a locked phone from a carrier.

You can buy unlock codes on the internet - google for it.

Wat are all the 4 digit codes kos i cant unlock it'

Your phone is locked, probably by accident. It is a factory setting if you did not choose a password. Try 1234 as a default, and also your birthday year (four digits). Sometimes it is also 0000.

The best way to fix this problem is to call customer service of your carrier (Verizon, ATT, Etc) from another phone and have your account information handy. They will walk you through this process step-by-step.

I need a PUK code for my SGH-T401G phone, i accidently locked it, but i dont want to contact a service provider because it is a prepaid phone.

The PUK code is strictly from your service provider only. The lock code isn't locking your phone but your sim card. Therefore the carrier which provides the sim card must provide you the code.

Expired otksl ---no SERVICE but I am paying what the heck???? wish aI had not bought this phone

If you purchased the phone together with the service contract, contact your phone service provider's customer support.

If you purchased the phone separately as a new device, contact the seller for a replacement.

If you purchased a second-hand phone, this phone was bound to a service contract and will work with the original SIM card only. The OTSKL acronym stands for "One Time Keypad Subsidy Lock" and as the name says, it can be used one time only to register to a network.

For reference, see US Pat. 6314283:
"A cellular phone subsidy lock which ensures that a cellular phone, sold to an end-user at a price subsidized by a cellular carrier, is activated only on the subsidizing carrier's network, and not on a competitor's network. A secure carrier code, specific to and known by the subsidizing carrier, is programed into the cellular phone by the phone manufacturer. The phone is programmed and shipped by the manufacturer in a locked condition, which prevents programming of the NAM (Number Assignment Module) of the cellular phone without first entering either a valid unlock code or a valid remove lock code. At the time of phone activation and programming of the NAM, the phone's ESN (Electronic Serial Number) is entered into the carrier computer system, which utilizes the ESN and carrier code to execute a subsidy lock algorithm which outputs an unlock code and a remove lock code. At the carrier's choice, either code is given to the end user to be entered into the phone. The phone then executes the same subsidy lock algorithm, using the carrier code programmed at the time of manufacture, and it's own ESN, to calculate the unlock code and the remove lock code. If the code entered by the user matches the unlock code, NAM programming is allowed to proceed only once, and if the entered number matches the remove lock code, the phone removes the subsidy lock completely."

My samsung SGH X-610 mobile asking enter password it

Because the new sim is probably not programmed or not programmed to the carrier you are using and the phone is locked to a carrier. You can only use a sim for a different carrier on an unlocked phone. If you are replacing a Sim for the same carrier - it has to be programmed before you can use it. The sim contains all your carrier and account info - not the phone. The phone can be locked to only accept programmed sims from the carrier that sold you the phone.

Cannot unlock my LG SHINE 8700

You could try entering random codes until it asks for a PUK code, if it doesnt ask for one already.
Now call you carriers help line and ask the person for a PUK code (You should have paper and a writing utensil ready for this)
Input the codes you given and that should reset the security code and you can use the phone normally.

I want a appliccation unlock software

Application lock or Carrier Network SIM lock?

Application lock is a lock that prevents unsecured software from being installed on your phone. This is done usually by a Registry change/hack. Google yur phone model and "Application unlock".

Network(Carrier) SIM lock prevents you phone from being used a carrier other(SIM Card) than the carriers SIM card the phone is locked too.

You can Network unlock most phones by buying an UnLock code off ebay, cheaper, or website by just supplying the phones IMEI code under the phones battery. They will tell you where to find it, and will email you the unlock code from the IEMI code provide.

Puk code

A PUK code is required if the wrong PIN number is entered too many times incorrectly. If the wrong PUK is entered too many times the SIM will be permanently blocked.
PUK codes are unique to SIM card. Contact your carrier for the correct code to reset your pin.
