P105-56014> clock runs slow.> This is a daily problem> when I start up it will be on yesterday's date.> I reset the time and date and the clock runs slow. I set it 3 hours ago and it is 90 minutes slow now. What can I do? Thanks & have a good day! Bob

the clock is not running slow. Double click your clock.You will see three tabs: Date&time, Time Zone, Internet Time.
click internet time and you will see tick mark on internet. remove it by clicking on it
If grayed out , reset your time and date

Reset date and time


Right click on the clock in the bottom right of your display.

Control panel -> Date and time -> choose internet time tab -> click synchronize with internet time and then update now button. Your date & time will be reset with internet according your location

click start control panel date and time you can make your adjustments to the date and time from there or right click on the date and time and you should see Adjust date and time tab hope this helps

How to reset the clock?


You have not mentioned the phone make and model. But they all have generally the same procedure to do what you want. Hence the answer is very general.
To reset the clock please go to Settings->Phone->Date-Time. Here you would be able to set the date and time.

Setting time and date on Nokia cell phone


To change the clock settings, press adnanbhatti_4.png and select Applications > Clock > Options > Settings.


To change the time or date, select Time or Date.

How can i restore my computer like it was yesterday?


Start button in task bar > programs > accessories > system tools > system restore. Start systen restore and pick the day and time you wish to turn the clock back to. System restore will reboot the machine in which it will reset the computer to whatever day you chose.

Set the date and time To set the date and time displayed on the BlackBerry smartphone, complete the following steps:
  1. In the Clock application, press the Menu key.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click Set Time.
  4. Set the date and time.
  5. Press the Menu key.
  6. Click Save.
Retrieve the date and time from the wireless network To retrieve the current date and time from the wireless network, complete the following steps:
  1. In the Clock application, press the Menu key.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click Set Time.
  4. Set the time zone in the Time Zone field.
  5. Perform one of the following actions:
    • To retrieve the date and time from the wireless network that your BlackBerry smartphone is connected to, change the Date/Time Source field to Network.
    • To retrieve the date and time from the BlackBerry® Infrastructure, change the Date/Time Source field to BlackBerry.
  6. Press the Menu key.
  7. Click Update Time.
  8. Press the Menu key.

Note: To set the time manually, change the Date/Time Source field to Off.

Reset time and date


To enter the date

1. Be sure to switch to "rate set" from GT
2. Enter the month
3. Press the decimal point
4. Enter the day
5. Press the decimal point
6. Enter the year
Example 3.09.2007
7. Press the button that look like a clock/calendar

To enter the time

1. Be sure to switch to "rate set" from GT
2. Enter the hour (please use military time)
3. Press the decimal
4. Enter the minutes
Example: 13.24 or 9.24
5. Press the button that look like a clock/calendar

Then change the "rate set" back to the GT setting.
