What else can i try?

I am not able to see all the answers you were given so hopefully i wont repeat.
if your recess is cabinets, you can always remove the ones over where the refridgeration unit would be placed and if at all possible rehang them just a little higher. if the difference is very visible you can use crown modeling or modeling strips to make the cabinets appear in line. you could also just remove the cabines and then make a false front using the front of the cabinets and moving them higher or shaving off portion of the cabinet.
another idea would be to make sure the adjustable feet on the unit itself are in the lowest position possible and still level the unit. if you have to remove the feet and use shims to level you could do that as well. if the recess is made of dry wall, you can simply cut the dry wall to the specifications you need and tape and sand the drywall where you removed it and paint over that portion to make the look of the wall appear to be new.
if the space you need is large, and is dry wall. remove it totally where it does not fit and and rebuild the wall.
hope that helped.

How do you lower the height on a LG washer and pedestal? It's too high by 1" to fit under my wall cabinets.

The pedistal has 4 leveling legs on the bottom of it you can adjust to a certain point. You may have to take the lefts off completely and if it still doesn't fit, you unfortunately didn't measure properly.

I have a 1992 lexus the gas pedal stopped working when i was on high way the car was still on but would not move .had it towed home now when i try to start it or i wanted to just move it back in drive

First the throttle, the cable may have come off the throttle body. Power steering, my 95 es300 had the same problem. It was the high pressure line. The way to fix that is to get a 6' high pressure line, cut your old fittings off both "ends" , have a shop put the fittings on the new hose and re-route, re-feed the now solid one piece line as needed. Hope that helps

Dont know were the port is to charge my air on 1999 for expiditio

there are two lines under the hood from the compressor, the one that is located in the larger of the two lines is the charging port, you say your charging nipple doesn't fit on either? are u using R134 refridgerant charging adapters? they are very large in comparison to the older R12 refridgerent system which was phased out in 1993.
