The key sound problem:
Attempt the following:
1) Hit Menu
2) Go to Settings
3) Go to Profiles
4) Select General
5) Select Personalise
6) Scroll down to Keypad tones and if set to OFF select it, then using the centre button press right THREE times, then press the centre button to select.
7) Press Back
8) Go to Activate and Select.
NOTE: Follow this procedure for every profile you wish to use keypad tones for.
For the headset logo problem: (this is a temporary fix, you might need to have your phone checked or wait for another solution)
1) Hit Menu
2) Go to Settings
3) Go to Enhancement Settings
4) Select Headset
5) Select Default profile
6) Select Silent
NOTE: If this does not remove the logo, then you should follow the (instructions) above.

generally wen you insert the headset pin it goes automatically to headset profile, if this is not working then go bak to the vendor & get the phones software changed

maybe the mp3 files youve inserted to your phone is converted...the bitrate of your mp3 should be atleast 128 so that you have a clear and enjoyful sounds

It took me many hours to work it out!
- Phone settings.
- Phone profiles.
- Select (highlight) the one you want &.
- Select OPTIONS with the left soft key.
- Click Edit (1).
- Use the directional key (right) to highlight the New Messages.
- Scroll down to Message Alert.
- Left soft key OPTIONS & select edit (as above).
- Then click the directional key until you hit either Downloaded Music or sounds (depending on where you stored your sound file).
- Select your file.
- Left soft key & select SAVE.
- Then that's it, done!
