Make sure the photos are in the correct format supported by the player - the product spec sheet will tell you what files are supported

My gogear is showin "list empty" though it has all the songs .

Try going back to an older version of Media Player. Probably version 9. Then remove and reinstall everything. The newer versions of Media Player don't "get along" with the GoGear.

MP3 player refuses to remove deleted songs

Don't know why it doubled loaded them but I noticed the reset on the side and thought it was worth a try. Hit reset and it cleared all the songs from the list that I had deleted.

Switch the player from USB to either Auto or MTP mode. Or, you can transfer ALL songs in the manner you have just described. Either way.

Gogear Juke boxes

Before trying to delete the duplicate songs, first try re-synching your GoGear with Windows Media Player by connecting the GoGear to the computer and clicking on the Sync tab (if you haven't set up the GoGear for automatic sync).

You must use Windows Media Player to delete songs from the GoGear. With your GoGear connected to the PC, you want to highlight (single left click) the icon of the GoGear (or line that says Philips GoGear blah blah blah) on the left hand side of Windows Media Player 11 - this will ensure that you are deleting files from the GoGear itself, and not the computer. Once the GoGear line is highlighted, click on the "Songs" or "Album" folder underneath the GoGear line (NOT the "Songs" or "Album" folder underneath the "Library"). This will bring up a list of songs stored on the GoGear into the middle pane of Windows Media Player 11. Highlight (single left click) a song you want to delete and press the delete button on your computer's keyboard. windows USUALLY gives you a prompt asking if you really want to delete the files/they will be permanently removed from your (GoGear) device. Congratulations, you have just deleted songs from your GoGear! :-)

The HDD 1630 doesn't work particularly well with Windows Media Player 11, so you may have to follow Microsoft's instructions for rolling back to Windows Media Player 10.

Musicmatch says that the music is transfered, but the HDD says no

Make sure that Musicmatch recognises the player as GoGear.

If it shows up as Removable Drive n: (Where n can be any letter) go into the Musicmatch Options menu (with device connected) click on the drop down menu and select GoGear and click apply.
