Although these instructions should work on most printers, you should follow your printer manual instructions should we not able to provide a solution for your specific printer. In windows click on control panel then click on the printer option that should be displayed. From the properties menu you will then be able to view how much ink is left in a graphical format. Should that not work then there are ways to monitor your ink levels through merely analyzing the quality of print-outs. When you notice that print-outs are getting lighter or streaky then it is time to replace your printer cartridge.
