Send an email back to Nero Customer Support informing them of this. It is illegal to post serials on this website.
This is what the Nero website has to say::
" If you have not received an order confirmation via email within a few minutes after placing your order, please check whether your email account is protected by a SPAM-filter. If so, the email may have been automatically removed from your inbox and filtered into a special folder. Therefore, please check your spam folder first.
If you still cannot find the order confirmation here or it has already been deleted, please proceed as follows:
You will receive your access details/ order confirmation by email after completing the online order process.

Did you order it through the Ahead site? Follow the link below. You'll need your email and password to login. If you don't have a password just click on forgot my password and they'll give you a new one. Once you're in, find the link that says resend confirmation email. This should have your serial #. If you did not order from Ahead or this doesn't help (such as receiving another email without your serial # let me know and I'll be happy to help you all that I can. If this solves your problem please rate as fixed. If it doesn't, don't rate it yet and just add a comment letting me know what's going on. Thanks.
