You can no longer recover deleted wall posts. you can only try to check on your email for all the messages and notifications that arrives on your facebook account.

That is because they were posted to someone else's wall. Even if you're the person who posted, you are not permitted to delete posts on someone else's wall.

If you want to be able to delete posts you make, then make themon your own wall.
