Question about Nokia 6233 Cellular Phone
This is 100% hardware problem,You phone LCD is perfectly working dont worry about it and also your phone.Please don't do software reset getting advice from any one and don't delete all your data.This is common problem that occurs in Nokia phone.

Because this LCD problem occurs due to electrolytic capacitors is damaged.The damaged or loosened capacitors cause this problem.The power is supplied to the capacitors and it only fluctuates the the current to LCD display and then it supplies it to the transistor that generates the light to the pixels.
Replace the capacitors or the transistors.You can do continuity testing to find out which one of these is damaged and replace or re hot it accordingly.If you dont have hand on in it.You can please take it to the nearest service center.
