Problem for Motorola Cordless Phone
MA355 Cordless Phone Makes Noise when IN CHARGER?
After phone is placed in base/charger for about 5 minutes, the handset makes an annoying intermittent static sound" an will not stop!
I've replaced the battery and "reset" the phone entirely (recommended by Motorola Customer Support") but nothing helps.
Anyone else have this happen?

- Sorry to hear that, I thought someone had a solution for me! I can't find any Motorola Cordless Phone Repair Centers either, everything is for the walkie talkie phones. Oh well ... Glad I'm not alone at least.Same Problem

- Same problem here, though my phone continues to make the intermittent noise after picking it up from the charger until I hit the talk button. Then it is OK until placed back in the charger. The noise starts some time after that.- cscsjrAug 10, 2008
