Question about Cell Phones
Since you have not mentioned the model I will give a generral answer. Make sure that you have chosen from the phone settings the mode of the ******** to be continuous with the ring tone or only the vibration. If this is ok then you must check the ******** for fault. Open the panela nd get acess to the main board. the ******** is a tiny motor fitted with a counter weight which can be easily tested with a very low voltage even from an analogue multimeter. If this test runs the motor slowly change or else you have a fault onthe main board which need ffuther probe from the trigger switch. So check this out or take help.Hope you try carefully with the right tools. Good day

SOURCE: Stop the Vibrating
Sounds like the phone may have gotten wet. Check behind the battery for a white circle sticker, it will be red if the phone has gotten wet. Best of Luck.

SOURCE: vibration only vibrates once
You will have to change the ringer under sound settings to "Vibrate and Ring", it is currently set on "Vibrate Then Ring".
Hope this helps,
