Question about Epson Stylus Multifunction Inkjet Printer/ Copier/ Scanner
This is quite unfortunate, but there are few things you can do, remove the cartridges on the printer, power off the printer, check the inner part to see if there are still pieces of paper left inside, turn the printer upside down and check very well to ensure there are no papers traces on the printer roller or any part of the printer.
Put back the cartridge and power on, if it is still same problem, power off the printer and power on back, while the printer is warming up or loading, pull out the plug from the AC wall and wait a while before putting the plugging the printer back, this hard reset on the printer, it should fix the problem.
If with all this, the is still not solve, i will advice you return the printer to the dealer to fix, since it is still under warranty, that will even put your mind at rest, because, it may be mechanism problem.
